Des cookies à la farine de noix, une gourmandise saine, faible en
glucides, parfaite pour les diabétiques. Découvrez une recette facile et
délicieuse pour satisfaire votre envie de sucreries sans culpabilité.

Ingredients

  • 175 g de farine d’amande (ou poudre d’amande)
  • 50 g de farine de noix
  • 100 g de beurre fondu
  • 1 œuf entier
  • 50 g d’érythritol/stévia
  • 100 g de pépites de chocolat noir
  • 1 pincée de bicarbonate de soude
  • 1 pincée de fleur de sel

Instructions

  1. Faire fondre le beurre, puis mélanger avec les farines, l’édulcorant, le bicarbonate et la Fleur de sel.
  2. Incorporer l’œuf battu et les pépites de chocolat. Réfrigérer la pâte pendant 30 minutes.
  3. Préchauffer le four à 170°C (Th. 5-6), former des boules de pâte de 35 gr, les aplatir et les disposer sur une plaque.
